WOPA is not another app to download and learn. It works inside WhatsApp — the app you already use all day. You message the details, and your invoice comes back in the same chat.
Why no separate app
Nothing new to install or learn.
Most invoicing apps ask you to download software, create an account, and learn a new interface before you can bill a single job. WOPA skips all of that. Because it lives inside WhatsApp, the interface is one you already know: a chat. You send a message, you get an invoice.
For tradespeople working on site — phone in hand, no laptop nearby — that matters. The fewer steps between finishing a job and sending the invoice, the sooner you get paid.
