Do I need to download an app?
No. WOPA lives in your WhatsApp chat, it can create invoices and chase payments for you.
Can I edit before sending?
Yes. WOPA shows a draft and asks for confirmation before an invoice email or firm follow-up is sent.
Can I turn reminders off?
Yes. You can pause or stop reminders for an invoice. Marking an invoice paid also stops future reminders.
Do customers need WhatsApp?
No. Customers receive the invoice by email as a PDF attachment. WhatsApp is for you to control WOPA.
Does WOPA support VAT?
Yes. WOPA supports standard VAT, reverse-charge VAT for construction, and CIS deductions for subcontractors.
Can I use my own email or domain?
Not yet. Custom sending domains are a later roadmap item, so early invoices are sent through WOPA's email setup.
Will customers see WOPA?
Customers receive an invoice email and PDF. The exact sender details may change during beta and will be made clear before you send live invoices.
